Kathryn founded Walters Accountancy Corporation with a clear vision: bring high-level financial expertise and personalized service to business   owners   across   a    wide  range   of industries. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo    with   a   degree   in   Business Administration and Accounting, she became a Certified Public Accountant and began her career at KPMG in 1986.

Over  the  years,  Kathryn  held  senior  finance roles—including Controller and CFO—at companies in construction, real estate, property management, and development. In 1997, she launched her own firm, which has since evolved into the Walters Accountancy Corporation of today: a trusted resource for consulting, accounting, and tax services, driven by the same passion and precision she’s brought to every client relationship for over 30 years.

Ian brings a unique blend of financial expertise, operational leadership, and enterprise-level implementation experience to the clients of Walters Accountancy Corporation. Before joining the firm, Ian led successful fundraising efforts and held senior director roles at major construction firms, overseeing complex financial operations and driving growth. He has also managed the rollout of large-scale software implementations for businesses in construction, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
