Kathryn K. Walters, CPA

Founder & President

Kathryn launched Walters Accountancy Corporation with a simple goal: help business owners access reliable, high-level accounting and tax support without the complexity of a large firm. After earning her degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, she became a Certified Public Accountant and began her career at KPMG in 1986. Kathryn went on to serve in senior finance roles, including Controller and CFO, for companies in construction, real estate, and property management. In 1997, she founded the firm that is now WAC CPA, continuing her commitment to accuracy, transparency, and long-term client relationships. Her depth of experience sets the foundation for the firm’s approach today.

Ian J. Walters

Executive Vice President

Ian combines financial leadership, operational experience, and a strong background in software implementation. Before joining WAC CPA, he held senior roles in Southern California–based construction firms, where he oversaw financial operations, fundraising, and organizational strategy. He has led enterprise implementations for companies in construction, manufacturing, and distribution, helping teams streamline workflows and improve financial visibility. Under Ian’s leadership, WAC CPA has expanded its capabilities, strengthened its technology stack, and built a service model built around quality, responsiveness, and data-driven support for business owners across the country.

Camille Henkle

Accounting Manager — Supply Chain Team

Camille brings strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through to our accounting team. She supports clients across supply chain and distribution with reliable bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting. Camille’s steady approach, clear communication, and willingness to take ownership of her work make her a valued partner to the clients she supports.
